BREAKING: Boris Johnson Emerges UK Prime Minister, Leader Of Conservative Party

Boris Johnson has emerged the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Cheryl Gillan Conservative Party Returning Officer announced the results of the vote on Tuesday.

He will officially become UK prime minister on Wednesday.

Conservative members have been voting by post for the past two-and-a-half weeks. It is the first time they will have selected a serving prime minister.
